Shipping 

 

•Orders will be processed and dispatched within 6-8 working days of being placed. 

 

•All UK orders are posted off through Royal Mail 2nd class and will take 2-4 business days to arrive after being dispatched.

 

•International orders will be sent via Royal Mail tracked service and can take 1-3 weeks to arrive after being dispatched. 

 

Returns and exchange policy 

 

•Khalq is unable to accept refunds or exchanges. International orders will be tracked but unfortunately we will not be held responsible if your package is lost in the mail. 

 

•However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please notify us by contacting [email protected] and we will be happy to send over a replacement.
